To reorder the run, drag the handle on the left of a stop — or just type its number in the box below the handle. Your order is yours — nobody else's screen changes, and it stays put day to day until you change it. Check-offs are shared: a stop anybody collected shows as collected for everyone, and says who, so you can see how the other drivers are getting on. Only the driver who collected a stop can undo it.

Address book

Every farm, sorted by first name. A farm can sit here with no route until somebody decides which run collects it. Deactivating takes a farm off the run and keeps its pickup history.

Temporary reassignments

Move a stop to the other route for a date or a date range. It returns to its home route automatically afterward.

Users

Admins manage everything. Drivers check off pickups and reorder. Viewers read only.

Backups

Every farm, route, and pickup record, snapshotted. Scheduled backups run automatically every night; take one by hand any time, including right before a change you're unsure about.

For a backup downloaded earlier, or one from a different environment.

Field techs

One record per tech, so a phone number is typed once instead of on every farm. A farm records only the initials and the number is looked up — change it here and every farm that tech covers is correct. A farm whose tech has no number here keeps using its own until you fill one in.

Run sequence

The stops a run makes every day, before and after the farms — pick up the truck, load the chicks, come back to unload totes, washout. Every driver on that run sees them on every date, unlike a stop of your own, which only you see. The same place can appear twice: what tells them apart is what you write in “What happens there”.

Facilities

Places used for the fixed stops on a run — the yard a truck starts from, the hatchery it loads at. Pick one when adding a stop to a run instead of typing the name and address by hand each time. Coordinates are optional but are what let the route suggestion measure from the right place.

On: a sick barn with a clean barn still ahead of it on the run turns the whole card red until it is moved to the end. Off: sick barns are still labeled — the card and its order are otherwise unaffected either way.
